  I've purchased all my phones from Bracebridge Rogers and have had great experiences every time. The staff is always so helpful and friendly. I will definitely be returning for future purchases!

  Horrible service, agent lied over the phone to me several times about a repair that was never done and she claimed otherwise. Cost me a month without a phone and not a single attempt was made to smooth that matter over.

  was in last week talking to Jessica about plans and phones. Amazing service and she was incredibly helpful! Even let me check out her personal cellphone so I could get an idea of what the android operating system is like! Would highly recommend her to anyone looking for assistance in choosing a phone or plan!

  While I find Rogers to be generally annoying (I've been with them for almost 10 years miraculously) -- the staff here is always exceptional. Probably one of the only reasons I'm still with Rogers. Bill and Jessica are awesome.

  recently went into this location and jess was super quick to help me. she answered all my questions and walked me through what to do on my new smartphone. i recommend this store and would go back. was a busy day that i came in and she still helped me quickly and politely.
