  I had the displeasure of dealing with this Shoppers Pharmacy yesterday. I needed a pres went to my doctors got it went directly to drug store put it in and was told it would be around 10 min. I waited and waited half hr goes by I was told it was filled but not checked yet so ok sat down again...next 15 min later was called to counter given 1 of pres but not 2nd and was told it was too early..I had several repeats in this drugstore already, but as I needed it early I went in doctors got another written and doctor put start date July 23 to me that should have been pretty clear..I was pretty po and sore by then, since they could have said they thought there was a problem when doctor was still in office, but no they did not do that..I was angry and did make a scene and I said in heat of moment "can't you read english..boy oh boy this owner whom was not there by the way.... pulled the prejudice/race card out ....It had not crossed my mind, but pharmacist I yelled at was oriental..geez...I am not racist and this was a low bottom feeder claim by the owner to cover their asses..this is Canada and if it had been in french I would have said french but seems the racial card is the one some go for...this is the lowest form of low and I am glad to stay away from this store I am banned and now that I think about it I am glad...Oct 2013 they had given me wrong drug that could have killed me..I was sent 90 day supply of synthyroid which my doctor had increased quite a lot..I was sent one of the lowest forms of this drug..it was me who called the drugstore not to point this out as I did not know, but because colour was very similar to dose I had previously and this was when the pharmacist noticed the discrepancy and immediately sent delivery person to pick this med up and send correct..now if you know about this drug it helps regulate heart and other organs so if you took the low dose for the 90 days your heart would have slowed, your skin would gotten dry and flaky and your hair would start falling out among other symptoms... there have been several other incidents at this pharmacy...the store itself is good but pharmacist and owner are awful. I blame the owner for the bottom feeding man he is using the racial card..shame on him...people beware if you get scripts from here check check and double check..oh and it was only when I had dared to call "HEAD"office that the racial comment was pulled..god the nerve and no this is not the end of this story it has legal repercussions thank goodness I document document document

  Average store; not a great high end makeup selection, but the staff is usually very helpful and friendly!

  Been here lots. love the location and it is great that the frozen food selection is so large.
