  I love banking here- The tellers are friendly and helpful- they always remember our names and ask how our kids are doing. Good customer service is few and far between these days- fortunately there are still places like this. 5 stars- always.

  Disappointed today. Have had 2 savings accounts for my grandchildren at Kawartha. While they had not been used for a few years, I went in to make a deposit to both accounts and have them updated. Discovered that both accounts went "inactive" and then "dormant". While they say letters were sent, I never did receive them. Regardless, for the privilege of having my grandson's few hundred dollars, Kawartha Credit Union CHARGED $2.00 for EACH month. The teller was pleasant enough to deal with, but requests to have those charges reversed were denied and I was told there was no one else who would speak to me in that regard.
