Outstanding service! I was staying at a cottage in Muskoka when my dog ate a chocolate bar so I called and spoke to a Vet and she was beyond helpful. The vet told me based on the chocolate and the amount and my dogs size, that my dog was still safe and would be fine. Although I did not visit the clinic itself, the information and service I received over the phone was so great and professional. I really appreciate it because many vets would try to up sell you or play on your fear but that wasnt the case. I would definitely recommend to anyone

After multiple calls to vets closer, and no reply we called the Centennial Animal Hospital. They answered, understood the urgency of our call, and got her in asap!

Because we live in a very rural area and it being Sunday of a long weekend, it was a huge concern of ours that we wouldn't be able to have her treated.

Great service! I have been taking my labs there for 15 years and they were always treated with respect and care.

Our kitty was home 4 hours later, with specific instructions for us, as to what to watch for, and how to keep her comfortable. She made a full recovery with thanks to the wonderful staff at Centennial Animal Hospital.

Great people! During the long weekend, we had a bit of a family emergency. I accidentally treated our 6 year old cat with our dog's flea treatment. Huge mistake.

I've had nothing but great service here. The most recent vet I had was Dr. Wendell and she was so incredibly thorough with the information about my dog including different recommendations and paths we could take. She did not pressure me to do anything in particular. Every time I've gone here, they have been nothing short of great. When my dog almost sliced off her toe, they did a great job. The technicians also do their jobs professionally and efficiently and clearly care tremendously about animals. All the staff are female (as far as I'm aware), so if your dog has a hesitation towards males (as mine does), then this would be useful. I've heard they are pricey, but to me it's worth it for the service. Also it's nothing compared to a different vet I had in a different city. Would definitely recommend.

I was up visiting my sister when her 10 month old puppy got a chew toy caught in her mouth. We tried to remove it with no luck. This clinic was within minutes of my sisters house. When we called to see if we could bring the dog in we were told no as the vet my Sister currently uses was in Gravenhurst and the puppy was not a client of theirs. The puppy was becoming more agitated. The closest after hour clinic was in Barrie. The biggest worry getting the puppy that distant was she was agitated trying to get the toy out of her mouth as well as the fact she gets car sick. We could not even get a gravol into her as she could not swallow. My sister was in tears seeing her puppy suffer and was worried that if she threw up she could aspirate on her vomited. After an hour and a half trip to Barrie she finally got some excellent care from vets that care. Her puppy needed to be sedated as there was no way to remove the toy without the sedation. I find it very hard to understand how she could be refused help whether she was a client or not. This was a puppy in need of help and was within a 5 minute drive to their clinic. That would be like me not being able to go to an after hour clinic here in Bracebridge because I am not from this area only to be told I needed to go back to my home town and use one of their after hour clinics. How sad is this. I don't get it. To say to a pet owner clearly upset trying to get help for their puppy "Our clients are our first priority." how cold is that. Well let me tell you just lost a future client. For those reading this the toy the puppy got stuck in her mouth was a orange Tastybone Trio shaped like a wishbone. Hopefully no other pet owner will have to go through this. I feel bad for any tourist coming this way with pets that may need care being turned away for not being clients.
