    I just called the Bracebridge store to ask why the rate of $28 went up to $58 for delivery of serums from Mississuaga to our home and couldn't believe how this matter was handled. Even if the lady didn't know she didn't need to be so rude. She actually hung up on me when I had another question. Of course we will not deal with UPS after this experience. This is the age of rudeness and crudeness but someone who is representing UPS even if it is a franchise should have better manners with customers.

    I had a really difficult shipping problem - how to get 4 huge paintings to different locations all around Ontario from Bracebridge and I live 2 hours away in Burlington. Buffy at this UPS store was a huge help. She took on the problem and came up with a fantastic solution. She made it easy and stress-free. I would completely recommend shipping with this store.
