    We are a family of four with a 2 and 4 year old and stayed for one night. It was exactly what was needed, just a clean, decent place to sleep and relax for a couple hours. We didn't have the included breakfast as it was a bit basic and we wanted something more substantial. The room was a bit small for the 2 double beds and the sink faucet was too short for the sink but otherwise no issues. I do have to say that I have never stayed somewhere where so many of the staff had so many visible tattoos and piercings. I'm not used to that and felt slightly uncomfortable but everyone was very friendly regardless. We enjoyed our stay!

    Recently stayed for one night to attend a sporting event in Bracebridge. Check in was very quick and the front desk employee was very pleasant and welcoming. We had a room with two double beds, it was clean and while not large was comfortable. There was mini fridge in the room and a micro wave that could be used in the breakfast area. Fresh coffee was available 24 hours.

    Staff is friendly and polite....... Many issues with the plumbing there was no water pressure leaked from shower head, sink faucet sprayed on 90° angle, room carperts we're dirty upon arrival, bathroom roof had water damages, the tv had some serious issues with the universal remote.

    The breakfast included was excellent and even though the guests came sporadically in large groups the hostess was able to ensure trays were rapidly replenished.
