    High prices compared to other grocery stores in the area. Meat and produce is slightly better... Usually.

    Switched Exclusively to BASIC FOODS///Because of Prices Consistently Incorrectly Overpriced at Checkout----never ever underpriced at Checkout. Advise is CHECK your receipt always unfortunately. Sad case of Questionable practises.

    Only shop here for the sales as regular prices are high. They do have a good selection. Most cashiers and deli personnel are very friendly and helpful. However, I have seen borderline green meat in the display on more than one occasion; once purchased meat and when I unwrapped it I found the sticker had been placed over bad spot (I froze it and returned it a few days later with receipt and got a hassle from cust service as though I had allowed it to go bad). Also, have had a few rude responses from the owner when asking a question. I do not find checkout to be fast, usually too few tills open. Have heard from some parents that student staff are placed under a lot of stress by management.
