    The counter staff is professional and courteous. As far as their mortgage specialists, run away. I was warned of Elise's inexperience and lack of professionalism, regrettably, I did not heed those warnings. When my concerns were escalated, the Branch Manager in Huntsville agreed they had made large errors and stated they would rectify the issues. Going on six months and no resolution has been provided.... Thanks RBC for standing behind your word.

    I would like to thank Debbie Davison Eden for providing me with a line of credit which no other bank would do including a bank that I have been a long term excellent customer for many years. She is a very professional and extremely friendly asset for RBC.
